Online Prescription Service

We strongly encourage patients to use our online prescription service. Please ask at reception if you would like to register. You will be given a username and password.

Whether you are logging in for the first time or are already registered, you can click the link here to go to the online prescription ordering website.

Repeat Prescriptions

You can request a repeat prescription in the following ways:

Please make sure you clearly tick the items you need on your repeat slip. If you do not have a repeat slip, include your full name, address, and the medicines you require.

Please also make sure you have nominated a pharmacy so we can send your prescription electronically to your chosen pharmacy.

Many pharmacies can collect prescriptions from the practice for you. Please speak to your pharmacist to arrange this.

Patient Proxy Access

A patient proxy is someone who is given permission to help manage another person’s GP record. This may include ordering repeat medication, booking appointments, and viewing parts of the medical record online. Proxies are often parents, carers, or trusted family members. If you would like to become a patient proxy, please speak to a Care Navigator at reception. We will explain the process and what identification or consent is needed to set this up safely.
